• It is organized in independent 3-hour sessions. The detailed training program is appended to this agreement.

• The average number of trainees is 6 (minimum 4, maximum 8).
• The general conditions under which training is provided, including teaching and technical resources, are as follows: Teaching is transmitted through the theoretical and practical questions of psychotherapists, the study of reported cases, the example and demonstration of tools adapted to them, role-playing, and the theorization of actions.
• CALIOPSY provides tables, chairs and a blackboard. Detailed terms and conditions are appended to this contract.
• The diplomas, qualifications and references of the people in charge of training are listed in the appendix to this contract.

• By the organization: Deposits can be carried over to a future training course, or reimbursed.
• Trainee's fault: As of 15 days before the start of the session, deposits are forfeited unless they are carried over to a subsequent training course. In this case, a deferral fee of €18 will be charged.
• In the event of absence, without having given at least 24 hours' notice, the service is payable in full.
• If the trainee is prevented from attending the course due to duly recognized force majeure, he/she may terminate the contract. In this case only, only the services actually provided are due on a prorata temporis basis.
