I - PURPOSE
In execution of the present contract, CALIOPSY undertakes to provide a professional training course entitled "Training in Biodynamic Psychology - 1st cycle module", the nature, duration, program, purpose and conditions of which are defined herein.
II - NATURE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF TRAINING COURSES :
- L’action de formation entre dans la catégorie des actions prévues par l’article L.6313-1 (Nature de l’action de formation : Développement des compétences et des connaissances). Elle a pour objectif de donner des apprentissages de base de la Psychologie Biodynamique.
- It lasts 4 days (7h/day). It is part of the first cycle of the "Biodynamic Psychology Body-Psychotherapy Training". This requires a minimum of four four-day modules (value units), followed by a probationary interview.
The detailed training program is appended to this agreement.
III - LEVEL OF PRIOR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :
Training requires knowledge of vocabulary in the field of psychology and/or experience in social or family work and/or a school-leaving certificate.
IV - ORGANIZATION OF THE TRAINING COURSE :
- It is organized with an average of 15 to 20 trainees (minimum 6, maximum 30), in residential courses.
- The general conditions under which training is provided, including teaching and technical resources, are as follows: Theoretical and practical instruction is conveyed by example and demonstration, role-playing, theorization of actions and their practical applications.
- Caliopsy uses paper boards and floor mats. Detailed conditions are appended to this contract.
- The diplomas, qualifications and references of the people in charge of training are listed in the appendix to this contract.
V - MEANS OF ASSESSING RESULTS :
Knowledge checks take the form of personalized follow-up throughout the course, monitoring of practical application during the training days, and the sending of a course report in the month following the course.
VI - COURSE COMPLETION :
A training certificate specifying the nature, skills acquired and duration of the session will be given to the beneficiary at the end of the service.
VII - MEANS OF MONITORING IMPLEMENTATION :
For each day of training, an attendance sheet is signed by the trainees and the trainer.
VIII - CANCELLATION PERIOD :
The trainee has a period of 14 days from the signing of the present contract to retract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. In this case, no sum can be demanded from the trainee.
IX INTERRUPTION OF THE COURSE :
In the event of early termination of the course by the training organization, or abandonment of the course by the trainee for a reason other than duly recognized force majeure, the present contract is terminated in accordance with the following financial terms.
Before the course :
- By the organization: Deposits can be carried over to a future training course, or reimbursed.
- By the trainee: Deposits are forfeited unless they can be carried over to a subsequent training course. In this case, a 35 € deferral fee will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation less than 5 days before the start of the course, the food ordered is payable.
During the course:
Training begun is due on a prorata temporis basis, plus €240 for breach of contract, up to the total cost of the course. Food ordered is payable.
If the trainee is prevented from attending the course due to duly recognized force majeure, he/she may cancel the contract. In this case only, only the services actually provided are payable on a prorata temporis basis.
NB: Trainees who have registered for the reduced rate, and who intend to continue their training as a bodymind therapist in the 2nd cycle, will be required to reimburse the difference with the individual rate when they re-enter the 2nd cycle: the reduced rate is granted only to people with financial difficulties (RSA or Pôle Emploi) and who do not wish to continue in the 2nd cycle.
