Frequently asked questions about internships
The course
The main themes of each course are organized according to the dynamics of the group and the needs expressed by each individual. The holistic approach of Biodynamic Psychology enables each participant to progress along his or her own path and at his or her own pace. Theory and practice are closely linked, and it is through experimentation that participants will discover the power of what is being taught.
Frequent feedback enables each participant to see where he or she stands in the resolution process, and to gradually become aware of the hidden issues that we are trying to uncover in order to free ourselves from them.
What is the biodynamic approach?
The Biodynamic approach is all about going with what's there, rather than against it, as some martial arts demonstrate. A frontal approach can often reinforce rather than resolve a problem.
On the other hand, a presence and a sympathetic ear, a massage in tune with the person, a word, a gesture or a movement can gently unravel what may have seemed insurmountable just a few moments before.
How to choose your internship
We deal with a wide range of issues, and
below are just a few examples. The mind-body approach in
Biodynamic Psychology does not directly confront the symptom, for it
is only the consequence of something much deeper that
has been put in place. Going to the source and progressively untying all
obstacles will enable a profound transformation of the person and
the problems will resolve themselves.
Mind-body work will act indirectly to relieve visible symptoms
:
self-awareness.
